Honest, thorough, and truly cared about getting it right I called Chandler Air Mechanical for a routine tune-up, and Riley got to me right away — professional from the start. A couple weeks later my unit stopped cooling, and he came back out quickly to dig deeper. What he found was shocking: my AC unit, which I thought had been fully replaced in 2018, was actually a 2014 model that had been installed incorrectly by the original contractor — and never registered, so it wasn't even covered under warranty. Worse, the "new" installation had left in original components from my 2006 unit. For 8 years I thought I had a new, efficient AC system. I didn't. Riley took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the right replacement for both comfort and energy efficiency. Looking back, it explains a lot — comparing notes with neighbors, my power bills had been running about three times higher than similar homes in my area for years. Beyond the install, Riley handled the warranty registration and all the SRP rebate paperwork for me, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was running the way it should.

Came home from work and my AC wasn’t running, not fun with three little kids in the house! I called Riley and he was able to squeeze me in his schedule. Hector showed up very quickly and was able to get my unit up and running! The team over at Chandler Air and Mechanical is phenomenal and I highly recommend them!

After a couple of other inspections and quotes I can tell you there was a big difference in how Chandler Air Mechanical handle my situation. I honestly am glad I was talked into a new AC unit. Everything was explained to me why it would be a better option. I had a single stage and was upgraded to a 2 stage. My old unit was out of warranty after 5 years and this new unit has a 10 year warranty. They did prior repairs on my unit and the tech who came out Hector made a very good impression with being straight forward with me and not trying to lie to me. Made it easier for me to decide to trust them when they told me it may be best to just upgrade my unit. Thank you to the whole crew

We had another company come out the day before and they told us everything was fine with our system. The next day the same thing happened and I decided to call Chandler Air Mechanical. They were prompt and responsive and could see the issue right away. They worked with us and helped us get things working correctly again. We will always use this company in the future! I would highly recommend Chandler Air Mechanical. Experience was awesome! Riley came out to my house and explained the entire process in detail. Carl and Raul showed up at 7:30am and began the install. I had the entire hvac system replaced. So happy I went with these guys.
